full
financial
assistance
for
those
students
who
secure
positions
in
B.I.S.E.
Rawalpindi
Examination
and
gets
admission

the
college.

Rules
and
Regulations
Applicable
to the
Students
-
All
the
candidates
for
admission
must
read
declaration
in
the
Admission
Form
carefully
and
sign
it.
It
must
also
be
countersigned
by
their
father/
guardian.

The
students
are
admitted
on
the
clear
understanding
that:
-
The
authority
of
the
college
extends
over
every
bonafide
student
at
all
times
and
at
all
places.
-
Misbehavior
by a
student,
which
in
the
judgment
of
the
Principal,
lowers
the
prestige
of
the
college
or
interferes
with
or
disrupts
the
smooth
running
of
the
college,
indiscipline
or
administrative
organization
or
exerts
an
unwholesome
influence
over
others,
may
render
him
liable
to
be
dropped
from
the
college
roll,
fined,
rusticated
or
expelled
from
the
college
at
the
discretion
of
the
Principal.

A
student
is
not
allowed
to
indulge
in
politics.
-
A
student
must
carry
his
Identity
Card
with
him
and
produce
it
on
demand.
Failure
to
do
is
punishable.
-
Smoking
is
strictly
prohibited
at
the
college
premise.
-
The
admission
of a
student
who
violates
the
discipline
of
the
college
in
any
way
(through
agitation,
strike,
slogans,
posters,
demonstration
and
procession)
will
be-cancelled.
-
Students
are
not
allowed
to
receive
visitors
in
the
college.
Visitors
are
not
allowed
to
disturb
a
student
during
class-hours.
Teachers
may
check
and
ask
the
visitors
to
leave
the
College
Campus.
-
Any
student
who
invites
outsiders
(including
his
relatives
and
ex-students
of
the
college)
endangering
peace
of
the
Campus
life,
shall
be
asked
to
withdraw
his
name
from
the
college,
irrespective
of
the
merit
of
the
case.
-
No
meeting
of
political
nature
can
be
organized
or
held
at
the
college
campus.
However,
the
academic
nature
pertaining
to
various
subject-societies
can
be
held
with
the
prior
permission
of
the
Principal.
-
-
Every student's progress in studies and the report of his conduct is maintained in the record register which is consulted before issuing the college leaving certificate.
-
Any willful destruction or mutilation of building, furniture, books or other property of the college shall be deemed as a serious offence. The offender may be asked to
make good the loss/damage and withdraw his name from the college.
-
Students are expected to observe strict order and discipline of the college, the hostel and the playground. Rudeness and misbehaviour shall be strictly dealt with. They must respect and obey the teachers. Silence in academic blocks must be observed.
-
Every staff has full right to check students for the strict observance of the above mentioned rules and any report against them will bring due punishment to the defaulters.

The fees once deposited cannot be refunded in any case
-
No student is allowed to use his status as a student or a member of any college society or club to advance the purpose of any political party or any outside group,
by means of press statements, publications, posters, leaflets, telegrams, telephones, letters, notices etc. or by participation in any meeting, demonstration, gathering of any kind and by other means. Students contributing
for newspapers must get prior permission of the Principal. Teacher incharge will strictly scrutnise the written material before it is given to the press.
